There are several keys to making a successful transition to what I call a plant-forward way of eating.
Meal Prep is key!
It’s not fun for most of us, but cutting up, chopping, washing, drying, and portioning our fruit, veg, herbs, and spices, and putting them in containers helps you get a jump on cooking! I bought some reusable labels on Amazon and now I can clearly see what’s in the fridge.
Even if I don’t have a meal planned, I can grab ingredients and get one going without much trouble. And how my fridge looks is a real plus!
